DePuy Synthes Spine , one of the leading manufacturers of implants for the surgical treatment of spine disorders is looking for a Senior Industrial Manufacturing - CSV Automation Engineer (2 years fixed-term contract)


Responsibilities
· Participate to equipment development / modification and validation by conducting the CSV activities
· Under the responsibility of a CSV expert or a project leader:
· participate as leader or associate to the specification and development of new automatized systems
· support from a CSV point of view any initiative related to compliance, continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives,
· provide the inputs required for an optimal deployment of the CSV activities.
· Support the project taking the responsibility of the redaction of the CSV documents following and challenging as necessary the realization of the equipment by the supplier, and taking in charge the deployment of the tests following the established protocols and according to applicable procedure

Qualifications :

Qualifications
·  Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent, in Automation
·  Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (S/W life cycle), GAMP5
·  Demonstrated experience in automation, industrialization and customized equipment development.
·  Experience with network architecture and data collection
·  Thorough working knowledge of the validation requirements for Medical Devices with demonstrated experience with equipment CSV (Computer Software Validation) in medical devices field including process and equipment validation
·  Cross-functional project management experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is also required
·  Project management experience to support equipment development and introduce them into manufacturing environment
·  Excellent communication skills; making complex issues easy for others to understand and the ability to prepare communications for team and project documentation. Ability to communicate across multiple levels in the organization
