The internship is offered by the Document & Learning Management (DLM) group within the Scientific Operations division of Janssen Scientific Affairs, LLC (JSA). DLM provides central support to JSA for procedural document development and training, as well as product training to the therapeutic areas.

The intern will:

· Focus on the JSA New Hire Onboarding program.
· The goal is to provide clarity for new hires and their managers to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process so that they can perform their functional role quickly through training.
· The project will involve close partnership and collaboration with all JSA functions to develop, distribute, collect and analyze feedback from Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys, prepare materials for the New Hire Onboarding program sessions and help in the coordination between the different groups.
· The technical component to the program will be the development of the New Hire Onboarding SharePoint website.

· Must be proficient in effective interpersonal communication skills, foster teamwork, and provide continuous improvement and innovation.
· This individual must be self-motivated and can work independently.
· Must be energetic, enthusiastic and willing to work hard.
· The intern is encouraged to explore and integrate new methods and ideas for the training program; seeking new ways to provide value to customers.
· Familiarity with different training media.
· Experience using Microsoft SharePoint (web design experience is a plus).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
