Johnson and Johnson, Application Services, are currently seeking SFDC Solutions Architects to join our team. The Salesforce.com Solutions Architect – Sales Force Effectiveness, will be responsible for interpreting standards established by our Enterprise Architecture team and applying those standards to the design and development of Sales Force Effectiveness projects. This position requires the use specialized knowledge and skills, including Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud and apex coding. Primary responsibilities include operating as part of several Agile pods, leading other team members in the development activities, working alongside the Product owner to understand the requirements, and translating these to a set of deliverables. This role will report directly to the Product Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Undertakes SFDC Solution design utilizing specialized Salesforce.com knowledge and skills, while following approved J&J standard policies and procedures (e.g. SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc.). This role requires a specialized knowledge of Salesforce.com along with a solid understanding of core business processes. You will be working on projects that will leverage your specialized knowledge of SFDC deployment, Identity & Access Management, Lightning, SFDC data, Process Builder, Flow, Reporting & Dashboarding, Order Management, Territory Management, Forecasting etc
• Captures customer insights to improve Sales Force Effectiveness Services throughout delivery, and delivers continuous improvement recommendations to service owners. May conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services
• Assists in knowledge transfer to team members and organizations after successful delivery of the service
• Partnering with Release Manager to understand the best approaches to CI/CD (Automation) and ensure quality standards are kept per SFE Release Management process
• Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for Sales Force Effectiveness service(s) to the customer
• Perform other work related duties as assigned

Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience is required. 0-2 years of related experience in large enterprises is preferred
• 5+ years of Force.com design/development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development
• 2-3 years hands on experience with Salesforce.com System Administration
• Medical Device/Pharma/Consumer industry experience preferred
• Experience in leading complex Force.com design, including integrations with enterprise systems
• Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, views and logic criteria
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills required
• Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to management effectively
• Must have good planning, organizational and decision-making skills
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools required
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Results driven, quick learner, and a self-starter required
• This position is located in Tampa, FL and up to 10% of domestic travel is required
