SALES REPRESENTATIVE (DePuy Synthes – SPINE & ORTHOPEDICS)

Role Overview
Sales representative is responsible for achieving product sales to new and established hospital accounts in order to reach sales targets and increase market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commission.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Regular visits to hospitals (including OR presence)
· Offer support to existing customers in order to maintain current business as contacts and develops new customers
· Providing support to clients and physicians in terms of proper use of products/devices
· Prepares regular sales reports and documents as required
· Behaves in line with local and corporate standards, including company's Credo and Healthcare Compliance requirements
· Follows up with customers to resolve any issues
· Demonstrates and promotes ethical and compliant business behavior
· Collaborates with other sales and non- sales personnel to address market needs
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· University/Bachelor Degree
· Very good English, fluent Latvian language
· Prior sales experience app. 2 years
· Previous experience in the medical field an advantage
· Good technical skills – ability to understand the technicalities of medical instruments and devices
· Valid driving license B category
· Good computer skills
· Innovative, creative and pro-active approach, analytical thinking
· Cooperative team player
· Very good communication skills
