Job description

The Sales Intelligence & Operations Analyst is responsible for field sales support performing a key role in the development of sales and sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics in the Vision Care Sales Operations area, leading the development of analytic systems to define and support sales and marketing objectives. Also works very close to sales reps and sales managers supporting analyses with appropriate information and insights.

Principais responsabilidades
• Coordinate annual sales planning process (bottom-up) and forecasts working to improve current model and supporting sales team to increase planning accuracy
• Conduct sales targets and KPIs planning and evaluation
• Responsible for delivering and improving monthly and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track performance by brand, region, sales rep, sell-in vs sell-out, promotional actions, SFE metrics, etc
• Develop analytics in the Sales Operations area exploring a variety of applicable sources (SAP, BW, Sales Force, Alteryx, Tableau, Share Point)
• Prepares regular and ad hoc analysis for sales management to facilitate identifying potential marketing opportunities
• Tracks, analyzes and interprets factors that affect sales performance & sales force productivity
• Communicates with field sales and management on the results of analysis
• Assists in training the sales team on the effective use of data, applications, and tools provided to make a difference in sales results produced
• Responsible for delivering SFE dashboards, sales rep and territory productivity analysis, and support the quarterly territory planning process
• Responsible for supporting the LATAM SFE Manager developing dashboards, reports and working on continuous improvements on the CRM system (Sales Force.com)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics);
• Mandatory Skills: analytics, data crunching, drive for execution, planning, sense of urgency, conflict management, written communication, approachability and interpersonal savvy.
• Previous experience managing large amounts of information, correlating and validating multiple sources of information, while working together with IT to automate the sales reports;
• Previous experience in Sales Operations area as well as Field Sales are desirable
• Must dominate Excel as an advanced user, SAP/BW is desirable, and Alteryx/Tableau/Qlikview and Sales Force will be a plus
• English desirable
