J&J Medical India (JJMI) is the market leader in the Medical Company Devices & Diagnostics Industry in India. It is in the business of caring and providing solutions to doctors, patients and nurses. It comprises of multiple Franchises (Strategic business units) providing healthcare solutions across Vision Care, Orthopaedics, Infection Prevention, Wound Management, Women's health, minimally invasive surgery, Circulatory disease management, and Blood glucose monitoring and insulin delivery.

Role Overview:
The role is responsible for the design and implementation of sales analyses and reporting and the development of actionable insights, as well as, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and customer level opportunity and vulnerability assessments. It is the common goal of the organisation to provide the organization with accurate, timely and actionable information and work with IT to integrate data and develop/maintain internal and external systems to support business decisions. The Manager must provide sound counselling and objective interpretation of data for the organization and also a strong change agent for significant initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Systems & Data Management:
· Lead operational sales and SFE data collection and integration strategies, including both PRESTO & ZYLEM
· Lead and collaborate with internal I/T and external partners in the development/maintenance of required systems/platforms, including sales reporting applications and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
· Lead induction, adoption of 30-60-90 Day induction plan for Contract Sales team
Metrics & Reporting:
· Select and define metrics linked to the sales strategy and performance targets at required geographic levels (Region, Country, Territory)
· Consistently and accurately report monthly/quarterly sales and SFE metrics on a timely basis
· Consistently derive and communicate actionable insights and influence management actions and decisions from Zylem Analytics
· Develop and prepare quarterly dashboards at Region and Country levels
Desired profile
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's Degree (Advanced Degree preferred- MBA)
· A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a related field. (pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics or related industry) is required.
· Strong background in sales and/or financial reporting and forecasting is required
· Experience with CRM or other sales force automation and analytical tools (Excel, Cognos, Tableau) is required
· Strong ability to lead, influence and drive change management across multiple countries and stakeholders is required
· Experience with data management and integration is preferred
· Strong ability to handle multiple and complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Project management experience helpful to manage expectations with internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, supporting data investigations and providing stewardship of data
· The position requires 35-40% of business travel.
