The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group, part of the Medical Devices sector within Johnson & Johnson Inc., is recruiting for a Consumable Product Specialist aligned to ASP for the Central Region of Canada, which includes Ontario and Manitoba.
The CSS Group consists of six diverse businesses including Acclarent, Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), Biosense Webster (BWI), Codman Neuro, Mentor, and Sterilmed. The CSS Group serves a diverse base of customers in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology (EP), Neurovascular and Neurosurgery, Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics, and Reprocessing.

The Product Specialist ASP will:
· Create demand from the clinical stakeholders, thereby driving business performance and market share.
· Acquire new customers by:
· Analyzing and integrating information to define business potentials for ASP products
· Collaborating with the Strategic Account Manager and Service & Repair Technicians to enforce the final sale of ASP products and services
· Defining specific projects as part of the overall account plan that will lead to customer acquisition
· Establishing contacts with key opinion leaders to turn them into strong promoters of our products and our company
· Facilitating congresses, user meetings and events that improve the understanding of our offer
· Manage existing customers by:
· Maintaining contacts with key opinion leaders, DSMH and CSSD management to make them promoters of our products and our company
· Collaborating with the Strategic Account Manager and contribute to the Account Plan to enforce the final sale of JnJ products and services
· Communicating with customers in the event of complaints, problems or backorders
· Providing training to Medical Device Reprocessing Department (MDRD) staff
· Applying Healthcare Compliance regulations
· Providing customer-focused service to develop customer relationships;
· Communicating with Customer Service, Management and other internal departments about customer information.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Required :
· Experience working in or with Medical Device Reprocessing Department (MDRD)
· A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in medical, business administration or economic
· At least two (2) years of medical device industry sales experience.
· A Valid Driver's license
· Proven track record and demonstrated capabilities in a sales position
· Proven ability to manage complexity & thrives in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances
· Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
· Strong passion and track record for business accomplishments & will to make things happen & deliver
· Strong communication skills & influencing skills
· Driven by results performance & excellence in the job
· Demonstrated business success in delivering growth and gaining share
· Strongly involved in strategic and tactical work daily requiring being able to quickly zoom in and out
· Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal stakeholders

Preferred :
· A Master's Degree
· Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape
· Bilingual in French and English
