The Product Manager, MyACUVUE ® will be passionate about transforming one of J&J's largest brands to a best-in-class customer experience company. The successful incumbent must bring strong thought leadership around enterprise CRM capabilities to develop innovative, insights-based strategies focused on engaging and nurturing the relationship with our customers. This person must seek out opportunities for simplification, capability enablement and standardization, instituting best practices and efficiencies. The ability to collaborate and influence others is an important factor for success. This position reports to Director Loyalty and CRM and will be responsible for managing MyACUVUE, loyalty and reward program. This position is responsible for all aspects of global product roadmap development and execution for MyACUVUE® with regional/local markets.
· Lead the strategy and execution of MyACUVUE® platform implementing functional Capability roadmap.
· Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
· Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
· Build structures, process and guidance to understand the countries needs into business & technical requirements and ensure if the technical solution meet business needs.
· Develop new products and enhance existing products.
· Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
· Define strategic initiatives and coordinate the successful implementation with cross functional team
· Manage Internal/external vendor
· Define, monitor and visualize success metrics, generating easily digestible executive reports with actionable recommendations to optimize the program.
· Leverage Transfer Success Models across regions/countries, transferring learning and best practices globally.
· Be a student of the profession by keeping up with media and technology trends; helping share knowledge and build capabilities across the organization
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree strongly preferred.
· A minimum of six (6) years' total business experience is required
· A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Product Development/Management, Digital Marketing, within the CPG, Healthcare or Digital/PR/Media Agency space is required
· Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
· Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
· Experience with managing products for software developers and development experience using various desktop and mobile app frameworks.
· Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing; understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e.g. payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc.).
· Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
· A demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision-making is required as well as a demonstrated track record in identifying winning consumer and customer insights, growth opportunities, and priorities is required
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
· Prior experience working with IT, Legal, Regulatory and Global partners is preferred
