Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.

The Field Warehouse Logistics Associate is responsible for transporting medical device instruments and implants to and from hospitals and surgical centers while providing warehouse support. This includes the delivery and pickup of devices from the appropriate staging location at each hospital or surgical center. The Logistics Associate must operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• The Associate is responsible for providing constructive input to enhance the work process/environment in coordination with the Operations Leader to ensure achievement of Field Logistics objectives.
• Ensure on time delivery and pickup of medical devices.
• Operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Will deliver and pickup devices in hospital/surgical center designated staging areas.
• Provide a high degree of customer service through interactions with sales consultants, hospital partners and logistics team.
• Perform check in process for Joint Reconstruction implant sets to include: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers and returns, replenishment orders, and sorting mixed sets.
• Checks in instrument sets to ensure all required instruments are present and order replacement parts when necessary.
• Provide general support to the operations including the assembly of new instrument sets.
• Execute all safety policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a safe, neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Report all incidents/accidents/injuries immediately upon discovery to Supervisor/Safety Coordinator.
Occasional Duties
• Assist with expired product inspection.
• Carry 24 hour pager on a rotating basis.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Demonstrated ability to function in a complex Logistics operation is required
• Demonstrated ability to do simple math, basic working computer skills, and read/write legibly Is required; Experience with Microsoft Office Products is Preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required
• Demonstrated collaboration skills with peers, customers and other stake holders are required
• Requires demonstrated flexibility/sense of urgency (Takes direction and accomplishes tasks quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality)
• Demonstrated ability to follow policies, SOPs, regulations and legal requirement knowledge is required
• Demonstrated ability to use all job-related equipment including operation of motor vehicle is required
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis, stand and/or walk on concrete floors 95% of the time, bend/twist/squat; perform repetitive tasks is required
• Requires working the operational hours of 7:00am- 3:30pm (HST)
• Up to 5% domestic travel may be required
