As a Medical Information Officer for Janssen, you will be required to supply medical information in response to internal and external customer enquiries and provide specialist Medical Information support to brand teams to ensure that the best/most recent data references are used in materials.

With your exceptional communication skills, you will build relationships across our cross-functional brand teams and answer telephone, web-based and written enquiries from healthcare professionals, members of the public and internal customers concerning the safe and effective use of all products marketed by Janssen.

Your expert IT knowledge will enable you to use our CRM to record information and contacts, identify and search relevant data sources (both internal and external) to identify and retrieve relevant data and information appropriate to answer information requests. You will also create, review and update the knowledge database with standard written responses.

The following qualifications are required for the role:

· BSc or equivalent as a minimum (Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences) or you are a qualified pharmacist
· Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Previous experience in a customer facing role.

The following knowledge will be of help:

· Basic understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.
