Master Data Analyst

Responsibility
DATA GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS
· Responsible for core data governance activities to ensure consistency and compliance between process design and actual country processes.
· Own and manage the data quality metrics dashboard.
· Effectively working with master data SMEs and functional owners to identify gaps & opportunities/resolution in data processes, systems, metrics, reports and capabilities.
· Drives improvements to achieve data quality target.
· Support business request for any mass creation and changes
· Utilize master data tools to perform governance & operations i.e. Win-Shuttle & Information Steward.
· Key representative in any User Acceptance Testing for master data related activities
PROJECTS
· Support the Master Data team in any related regional or global projects
CAPABILITY BUILDING
· Develops into the role of the regional Master Data Subject Matter Expert in the region to support the master data training materials and deliver effective training sessions to end users.
MASTER DATA WORKFLOW & SYSTEM SUPPORT
· Manage and support related master data technology & tools such as the SAP ECC, APO & SNC, Master Data Workflow (MDWF), Win-Shuttle, Information Steward & Business Warehouse Reporting.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
· Data Quality (Sigma), Service, Inventory, Responsiveness, Reliability, Productivity, Cost, Quality, Compliance.

Desired profile

Education: University graduate
Experience: Information Technology, Supply Chain or Analytics background preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
·  University graduate, Information Technology, Supply Chain or Analytics background preferred
·  Good command of English and computer skills
·  Strong Microsoft Excel required
·  Previous experience with SAP R/3, APO, SNC or Workflow preferred
·  Strong multi-cultural communication skills across functions/AP markets
