Job description

Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Companies (JJDCC), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Marketing Manager Digital Partnerships & Pull Through to be located in Fremont, CA or remote based in the United States.

The Marketing Manager Digital Partnerships and Pull Through is responsible for developing marketing tools and materials for top Payer, Channel, or Employers that want to activate any of our OneTouch Reveal digital solutions. The manager will interface directly with digital partners such as WellDoc, as well as any new additional partners. The marketing manager will collaborate with all marketing teams, the Payer Development Team, and Channel development team to understand customer needs and to ensure flawless execution of digital activations. The manager will interface directly with clients to determine the activation package that works best for their employees and / or members. In addition – the marketing manager will collaborate with the manager of digital training and activations to ensure the clients/customers are trained on how to use our digital solution. Lastly, the marketing manager will be working with the Sr. Marketing Manager to expand and improve our employer marketing and activation materials, including the development of a new employer microsite the role also involves significant collaboration with US Marketing, Contracting, Legal, Market Access, and Health Care Professional Marketing, around new product development and launch planning.

· Create Marketing Tools and Materials for digital solutions activations with top customers
· Collaborate with digital partners (new and existing)
· Development of new employer marketing tools and materials
· Project management and working directly with clients activating OTR Digital solutions
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  BS/BA and 7-10 years (or MBA with 5-7 years) of related experience in healthcare and or digital solutions.
·  A minimum of 3 years (combined) of product management and healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
·  Experience developing and executing digital solutions customer engagement activities is required.
·  Proven experience in collaborating with commercial colleagues to develop robust business plans.
·  Independent and innovative thinker with demonstrated ability to excel in cross functional teams.
·  A demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, embrace ambiguity and uncertainty yet continue to make forward progress with appropriate focus, spirit and discipline.
·  Core marketing skills (i.e. branding, positioning, claims, packaging, messaging, and agency management) are required.
·  New product launch experience is preferred.
·  Strong presentation and communications skills are required.
·  Demonstrated leadership without authority capability is required.
·  Clear understanding of ROI analysis and forecasting is preferred.
·  Experience supporting a Diabetes Care Franchise product is strongly preferred.
·  This position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.
