A Co-op in our Marketing department, will have the opportunity to: Work on cross-functional teams; Assist Product Directors with logistics, forecasting, pricing, labeling, and regulatory reviews; Assist in collection and dissemination of market research information; Coordinate Marketing materials, communication, equipment, training, and other activities in support of sales and project meetings; Administer contest and/or sales promotion activities and surveys.
Desired profile
Candidates must be enrolled (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college/institution, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business/Business Administration, or a related field. Candidate must be available to work for at least one year between June 2015 and December 2016. Candidate must be available to work full-time (minimum 40 hours/week) when not taking school classes and part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) when taking school classes. Only students in their sophomore year or above will be considered. A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities are desired. Completion of at least one Marketing class or one year sales/marketing experience is required before the start of a Co-op assignment.
This position is located in Warsaw, Indiana. Students must be able to provide their own transportation to this location. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future.
