Reporting Manager - Market Access – program Lead
Job Description
1. Pricing
a. Provide technical expertise to business units to analyse correct pricing at

launch of new product
b. Provide experienced review to business teams on innovative pricing and

outcome-based payment models to maximize access
c. Map and engage with pricing processes and apply this insight/knowledge

for discussions with regional pricing teams to get the most appropriate pricing for India

2. Patient Assistance Programs (PAP)
a. Collaborate with commercial teams to strategically design PAP for new and existing products to drive new patient acquisition and/or increase adherence
b. Communicate and engage with internal and regional teams for inputs and approval of PAP proposals
c. Extend help to achieve adherence to PAP SOP by commercial teams and point of contact for vendors implementing PAP process

3. Financing
a. Provide in-house subject matter expertise to financing key levers, based on robust understanding of the Indian market environment, to maximize the access for our innovative products
b. Explore and engage with key health insurance, NBFC and other healthcare financial organizations and associations to shape the market for future
c. Explore possibility of collaboration with financing organizations to create financial models to maximize access to our innovative drugs
4. Maintains collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and expert support to product market access
5. This will be an individual contributor role reporting in to ‘Market Access – Program Lead'

6.The role will involve close partnership with business, finance and regional/global market access team

7 The role will also involve regular consultation from functions like medical affairs, compliance & legal

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualification
MBA Finance, MPH,
- Academic background with a scientific or healthcare financing related degree
Experience
3 – 6 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or related area
Key skills
- Good communication, presentation skills
Strong computer skills
