Searching the best talent for : MANAGER CUSTOMER QUALITY FAILURE ANALYSIS
PURPOSE: To coordinate, supervise and improve all Complaint Analysis activities. Specifically responsible to:
·Manage Global customer complaint investigations and product analyses for the purpose of driving product improvements, lower complaint rates and improved customer satisfaction.
·Improving cost, efficiency and quality of the Customer Quality Complaint analysis process.
·Provide direction, set workflow priorities and supervise the product Analysis laboratory to ensure timely, compliant and accurate analysis file closures.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Responsible for the Analysis lab, including scheduling of supplies, maintenance and calibration of all laboratory equipment. This also includes proper disposal of analyzed devices.
·Coordinates the proper flow of analysis devices from receipt at the external warehouse for importation until the devices are exported for destruction.
·Coordinates the training of all personnel in Analysis and Laboratory Processes
·Supply the status of Complaint analyses to site management for review.
·Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
·Juarez point of contact for all External Agency Audits and Internal J&J reviews.
·Supervise Associate Engineers, Primary Engineers, Analysts and Technicians.
·Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned

Qualifications
EDUCATION / DEGREE REQUIRED:
·University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
·Generally requires (8-10) years related experience Knowledge and skills to successfully develop this position´s responsibilities.
KEY SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
SKILL SETS:
·Bilingual: English/ Spanish
·ISO and GMP knowledge required
·Complaint handling experience preferred
·Corrective and Preventive Action knowledge preferred
·Knowledge of risk management
·Strong Communications skills
·Assessment of training needs, results, risk status, quality or compliance
·Commitment to quality
COMPUTER SKILLS:
·Ability to perform database queries and analyses using a variety of computer programs (ie Siebel, Excel and Cognos)
·Knowledge of Windows Office
·Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
EXPERIENCE:
·1- 3 years supervisory experience required
·5 years experience in a quality, regulatory, or manufacturing environment required
·Previous experience in the Medical Device industry preferred
·Failure analysis or product Investigation experience preferred
