The Large Bone Graft Cage Operator is directly responsible for performing all production and manufacturing aspects of the Bone Graft manufacturing. The operator will perform activities including 3D printing of resorbable polymer material, chemical management and preparation, mixing steps, and chemical solution coating while maintaining strict adherence to quality directives in a heavily regulated environment.

Additional responsibilities are:

· Set up and operate diverse types of equipment used to manufacture various types of Bone Graft devices (established products and/or testing new products) within established manufacturing processes and quality requirements
· Receive, store, and manage multiple types of chemicals used for production purposes
· Perform highly accurate measurements of several chemicals to ensure small weight tolerances are consistently met to achieve production consistency
· Produce patient specific parts by utilizing techniques such as 3D printing, air blasting, and part cleansing
· Perform various functions related to the coating process including the transfer of parts and liquids into and out of containers as well as adding and removing containers to and from process equipment at specified times
· Ensure proper liquid pH level by using titration
· Utilize scales and balances to accurately weigh raw materials
· Communicate and coordinate with pertinent teams outside of operations to ensure all product needs and requirements are met on a daily basis
· Maintain a high level of concentration and attention to detail to properly manage multiple forms of labeling, packaging, and lot management
· Perform equipment set up and PM's when necessary
· Complete quality records as they relate to the manufacturing process
· Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping as required by manufacturing
· Operate and oversee the use of several different machines simultaneously to produce multiple batches
· Document all processes and procedures using GMP and GDP to ensure product quality
· Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times
· Performs other related duties as required such as but not limited to Packaging and Ethylene Oxide Sterilization

Desired profile

Qualifications :


·  A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
·  Must have at least two (2) years of related experience in the regulated environment.
·  Medical device packaging, aseptic technique and or clean room experience is highly preferred.
·  Demonstrated proficiency in regulatory compliance, quality, and productivity is required.
·  Previous work experience in chemical management, chemical measurement or laboratory is highly preferred.
·  Ability to recognize equipment and product problems and perform basic troubleshooting is required.
·  Must have basic computer skills.
·  This position is located in West Chester, PA and requires a daily commute Monday – Friday with occasional overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
