Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision is currently recruiting for a Labeling Process Lead to be located in Santa Ana, CA.

The Labeling Process Lead will be accountable for development and revisions to equipment labeling (including IFUs, Operator Manuals, and product identification labels). This position will serve as a point person for project teams, working with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support for label changes. This position reports to the Manager, Labeling Design Execution.

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing change control documentation and design changes related to labeling
· Deliver status updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders
· Ensure processes and standards are upheld when executing changes
· Accountable for maintaining label design and process knowledge for assigned platform
· Support label CAPAs and non-conformances as needed

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
·  A minimum of two (2) years of experience in labeling, supply chain, operations and/or cross-functional business environment is required
·  Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects is required
·  Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of management.
·  Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally
