The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group, part of the Medical Devices sector within Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for an Account Manager aligned to ASP, to cover the Baltimore, MD territory.

The CSS Group consists of six diverse businesses including Acclarent, Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), Biosense Webster (BWI), Codman Neuro, Mentor, and Sterilmed. The CSS Group serves a diverse base of customers in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology (EP), Neurovascular and Neurosurgery, Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics, and Reprocessing.

The primary objective of the ASP Key Account Manager is to meet established sales goals to include market share objectives. The Key Account Manager will:

· Be responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators including sales revenue quotas and new product introduction in a defined group of key hospitals in the US. establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Develop strong working relationships and delivers strategic wins with both corporate decision makers and target stakeholders within each assigned key account.
· Deliver on defined business goals through tactical execution and pull through from key stakeholders including but not limited to Sterile Processing, Endoscopy, administrative leaders, C-suite personnel, Infection prevention and OR leaders within each key account.
· Provide expert clinical product training and education to Sterile Processing staff on the effective use of ASP products in a compliant manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
· Provide current ASP products' instructions for use (IFU, standard methodologies and appropriate technical troubleshooting as well as meaningful clinical evidence to support ASP product utilization
· Develop relationships with key ASP internal partners to use a broad range of tools and connect with customers with ASP programs.
· Be responsible for market knowledge of competitors, programs, customer trends and ensure the accounts are maintained by following ethical and legal business practices.
· Assist in the development of commercial strategies to maximize business outcomes and demonstrates strong engagement/ collaboration with all field partners.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

·  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
·  A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
·  The ability to travel related which may include overnights and/or weekends
·  At least 5 years of professional work experience.
·  Residence in or willingness to relocate to the territory.
·  More than 3 years' experience of Sales or Marketing experience in the medical device industry.
·  Experience calling on healthcare corporate decision makers as well as Sterile Processing, Endoscopy and Infection prevention departments.
