JR Health Care Compliance Analyst - São Paulo, SP
SUMMARY:
The Health Care Compliance Analyst supports Healthcare Compliance program for the Pharma organization in Brazil. He or she supports the development and organization of trainings, monitoring and other varied HCC activities, including follow up of Management Action Plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Health Care Compliance Analyst will work with the HCC Community on various support activities which may include but not be limited to the following:
• Maintain employee certification and training attendance records
• Carry out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis and monitoring
• Serve as the first line of communication to the business for reviewing local requests and documentation.
• Assist in the following up on the Management Action Plan
• Ensure monitoring requirements are met by collecting and analyzing data on any interactions with HCPs / GOs
• Participate in regional or cross-sector projects/initiatives
• Support the HCC Officer in the self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies
• Partnering with the Regional Operations team.
Desired profile
Qualifications
• Experience in Personal Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices industry(ies) is desirable
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards for Brazil is a benefit.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
• Must be able to work effectively also under time pressure
• Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter and ability to manage complexity a must
• Language skills: Fluent English is required. Advanced Spanish is desirable.
