[Responsibilities]

A.포장공정GMP system관리
- QMS: Trackwise®을 이용한non-conformance및change control관리

-포장공정중일탈조사및시정/예방조치(CAPA)수립
- CAPA에대한효과검증진행(effectiveness check)
-변경관리(change control)진행
- Audit/ packaging validation/ cleaning validation지원

B. GMP문서개정,제정및개선
- DocSpace/tru-VAULT system을 이용한 문서관리

- Batch record (제조지시기록서)개정
- SOP/WI/FRM (기준서/절차서)개정
- Global standard/SOP의gap assessment진행

C.포장부서교육시스템관리
- ComplianceWire/SUMMIT system을 이용한 교육관리

-부서GMP training진행

D. GMP Process개선및생산효율성monitoring
- 5S/Kaizen project lead
- CIP Project leading

- e-PRS system을 이용한Productivity(OEE)관리

[Requirements]

- Strong reasoning ability and learning agility are required.

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.

- Degree of bachelor is required.

- Basic English communication skill is required.

- Experience working in pharma industry is preferred.
- Experience of packaging and track & trace are preferred

- Basic knowledge of statics and Minitab are preferred.
- Lean & 6 Sigma trainings/certifications are preferred.
