Job description

Position Summary:
· Under supervision of Multiple Myeloma (MM) marketing director, define multiple myeloma marketing strategy in Japan. Define brand and portfolio strategy that will enable JPKK to maximize value of its rich oncology pipeline.
· Develop some implementation plans and be responsible for execution with sales, Medical Affairs (MAF) and other functions

Essential Functions: Key accountabilities and/or activities. Most complex or difficult parts of job
· Develop, implement and manage multiple myeloma marketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
· Under supervision of MM marketing director, develop marketing strategies and high impact plans that deliver on growth aspirations for sales, market share and profit based on strong consumer and healthcare professional insights. Work with Regional and Global teams in the creation of these strategies and plans.
· Identify growth opportunities and work with the broader organization to align support and resources to capitalize on these opportunities.
· Conduct forecasting exercise with full transparency and strategic intent
· Build strong and professional relationships with agency and business partners.
· Develop some implementation plans and execute the plan

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience:
·  3+ years brand marketing or similar experience in delivering against global brand strategies and experience in creating and executing local brand strategies.
·  Proven success in working with agencies including drawing upon other external interfaces such as social media and digital marketing to both understand the space and drive effective brand decisions]

Skills:
·  Business experience in English-speaking environment
·  Financial acumen and ability to translate analysis to effective business decision making
