Role overview As part of ongoing maturity of Supply Chain, opportunity has been identified for dedicated position to focus on Optimization of Costs & S&OP maturity, for Mitek and Codman franchise. Based within our Planning team, the successful candidate will partner with Global supply chain and cross functions with as well as support from Process Excellence. Analytical modelling and fact based decision making should be at the forefront of preparation for proposals of business decisions. Responsibilities During the application process, the candidate individual qualities and motivations will be matched to one of the available initiatives: • External supplier S&OP Maturity ·S&OP maturity assessment ·Supplier Segmentation & relevant governance rules ·S&OP decks management • External Supplier Agility Increase ·Value Stream Mapping ·Diagnostic of Leadtime reduction & network optimization opportunities ·Impact analysis across all functions • Sku rationalisation ·Develop tools & process to manage product life cycle ·Review process for ERP system alignment

Desired profile

Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required • Basic Data Analytics/ reporting skills. Problem solving with attention to detail • Committed to expanding technical and business expertise • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and ideally French • Strong collaboration & teaming • Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP), basic functional knowledge would be preferable
