A new opportunity has become available for a driven individual who is passionate about the consumer business and wants to impart their knowledge and train our Customers and Sales Professionals to become the best they can be. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work across our full suite of products within the Consumer portfolio and to bring brands such as Neutrogena, Listerine, Aveeno, Johnson's Baby and many others to life with Healthcare Professionals in the field. As part of your role, you will also maintain our existing LMS (Learning Management System) to help with the delivery and content creation. This is a full-time, permanent role, based at our Ultimo offices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·  Lead, develop and execute professional training & education strategies in line with company business objectives.
·  Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute customer training and engagement.
·  Develop training content and convert it into training modules.
·  Deliver training to Sales Representatives nationally on product and how to build and incorporate a sales story.
·  Managing conference stands.
·  Maintain and ensuring our existing LMS is current and up to date.

·  Experience in developing, delivering and executing sales training to Customers and Sales professionals.
·  Solid commercial acumen and work well cross functionally.
·  Knowledge of managing education platforms and LMS's.
·  Extensive experience and understanding of Sales processes.
·  Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups.
·  Attention to detail and great organisation and planning skills.
