Johnson & Johnson's Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Intern Program (Foundational-HRLDP Internship) is designed to provide an integrated robust experience to successful, highly motivated, experienced talent; with the opportunity to become tomorrows' leaders if converted into the full time HRLDP.
You will experience the breadth and depth of J&J through a best in class intern program where you will participate in multiple functional and cross functional events, community engagement, and skill building to support competency and capability development, among other exciting adventures.
As a Foundational HRLDP Intern, you could have the opportunity to be responsible for completing project(s) that deal with creating, supporting, or implementing business solutions and processes in order to effectively impact business decisions, as examples. These project(s) will provide exposure to and connections within the HR community. Assignments could include projects in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition, and employee relations, among others. Interns will be expected to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the critical issues, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Strong business partnering, problem solving, organizational communication and business acumen skills are essential.
Assignments are chosen based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need. Upon completion of the Foundational HRLDP Internship, interns will be considered for full-time positions into our Full Time Foundational Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Decisions will be made based on internship performance and business need.
Location of Foundational HRLDP, Internship Positions: Majority of positions available will be based in Manila, Korea and India with other potential locations at various Johnson & Johnson operating companies and locations throughout the APAC region.
Desired profile
A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a business, human resources, or related field is required. Academic achievement as demonstrated by an overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is required. Demonstrated leadership experience is required. Previous work or intern experience preferred. Candidates must have language fluency of the country where the internship assignment is located, and be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where the internship assignment is located are also required. Multi-lingual a plus
