HRS Team Lead Czech Republic and Slovakia

Provide leadership to the Czech and Slovakian HR services group (6 members) to consistently deliver HR administrative and advisory work practices as identified as part of the HR Shared Services taxonomy and service delivery catalogue. Using the Workday system and associated end to end processes and aligned with Global HR Shared Services philosophy and delivery model.
Drive adoption of the HR Shared Services model with the Country with both the HR and client population. Develop the country shared services operation to reflect good practise with respect to Shared Services delivery.
Responsible for driving Process excellence leadership within HR service operations, delivering an efficient and effective service through streamlining processes. Collaborate with other HR professionals within Czech to ensure HR Services meets the needs of the BUHR teams and the specialist groups. Align with other country leads to ensure that service delivered in Country is aligned with regional and global ways of working where possible.
Remain curious and proactive in understanding the needs and activity of your clients and make ongoing interventions to adapt to changes and deliver an excellent customer experience. Role model the curiosity and proactivity with your team and empower them to make suggestions and solutions to move the operation forward.

Main Responsibilities:
· Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are clear on their annual objectives. Role model excellent leadership skills through the P&D Process.
· Coach team to develop their skills in providing cross sector support and to develop their behaviours and ways of working in alignment with the 9 box model of excellent service centre practises.
· In partnership with the country leadership team ensure that the resourcing and skill base of the team enables excellent customer service to be delivered in compliance with the agreed SLAs for the country.
· Manage escalations that arise in line with escalation procedures.
· Coach managers to ensure equity and consistency in the application of all HR Policies across the country, particularly in the application of the Total reward guidelines for ad-hoc and annual compensation changes
· Deliver Country service in lined with agreed SLAs for the HR Services team and the business, demonstrating excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Under the direction of the Regional Lead, responsible for delivering process improvement and organisation optimisation to ensure the cost model improves annually
· Collaborate with other HR services leaders across the globe to ensure Best Practices are deployed within the country, and being an ambassador of appropriate Best practice for others to adopt
· Under the direction of the Regional HR Services lead take ownership for specific areas of expertise which may include: Benefits and Liaison with AON, Policy and Documentation, HR service Training, Audits and Compliance, Workday and systems.
· Involvement in other business strategic projects which require HR Services collaboration cross region.

Desired profile

·  HR Professional Qualification – as appropriate for country
·  3-5 years working in diverse HR functions, cross-sector experience ideal
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Fluent written and spoken English essential
·  Passionate about good customer service delivered within a Shared Service model and driven to act as an ambassador for HR delivery in a Shared services environment.
·  A good knowledge of the shared services delivery model and ability to demonstrate decision making and judgement that is aligned to the shared services model.
·  Ability to demonstrate initiative, proactivity and drive to achieving goals.
·  Ability to maintain momentum and drive in the face of ambiguity and change.
·  Ability to demonstrate a global and regional mindset as opposed to a country-only mindset.
·  Resilience and tenacity
·  Work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality or attention to detail
·  Used to working with sensitive personal data and the compliance measures around data privacy and HR processes.
·  Ability to manage complexity and be highly organised when working under pressure
·  Computer software package skills and HRIS skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,).
