Position Description
Member of the Global Planning Excellence (GPEx), the Global Training Specialist (BPS) will support the regional Business Process Owners (BPO) & Business Process Specialists (BPS) in defining, implementing, sustaining and govern standard processes across the regions in the disciplines of Competency and Training on an operational and tactical level.
Together with the regional training teams the global Training Specialist ensures that training documentation, training portals and training organization is being managed based on latest business needs.
Key Responsibilities Training Management
· Maintain and continuously improve the Consumer PLAN Training Catalogue
· Manage and deliver introduction sessions to new users within the Planning groups
· Organization & administration of Online Supply Chain Certification Trainings(i.e. APICs, IBF, Accenture, others) This includes tracking and reporting
· Communication of Competency Management & Training related topics to appropriate audiences
· Coordinate any training related surveys Business Support
· Liaise with Business Process Owners & Specialists to facilitate training deployments
· Participate actively in weekly Global Competency Team Meetings
· Connect to Expert Users/SME's and BPO's to govern trainings
· Provide project management support for any training related initiatives
· Coordinate and support business users for SAP access requests Learning Management System (LMS)
· Create, maintain, and deploy training courses, curriculums and user groups in Compliance Wire
· Administration of No Training No Access training items in Compliance Wire
· Conduct Annual Review of Training Records & Quizzes as well as overall analysis Training Tool Ownership
· Maintain the Global SPECTRUM training tool to ensure training materials are up to date and within requested format
· Oversee and coordinate the GPEx website activities and Pigeon Newsletter tool
· Contribute to continuous improvement of training systems (e.g. SPECTRUM, LMS) supporting user story creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), etc.
· Collaborate with system support team to manage regional and global system issues Other Responsibilities
· Support global GPEx Team for any communication & distribution list management
Desired profile
Qualification
Education: University Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of general business experience, training development and delivery experience, as well as experience with eLearning tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:
· Ability to work with multiple business partners, effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required
· Advanced skills in the areas of influencing and communication required
· Training & Competency Management experience desired
· Fast learner to admin and improve web applications and training portals
· Experience in E2E Supply chain planning desired
· Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrix environment
· Ability to manage difficult issues and implement positive change
· Ability to work in a remote diverse team environment
· FPx or other project management certification
· Negotiation skills and the ability to influence without authority
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· Excellent written and oral, communication, presentation & facilitation skills
