GLOBAL BUSINESS CONTINUITY COORDINATOR

Full-time unlimited contract
The Business Continuity Specialist is part of the Site Operations team in the Global Services organization and is responsible for updating, developing and maintaining the Business Continuity capabilities for Global Services. The role is to ensure an effective GS Business Continuity framework that is consistent with general regulatory requirements and industry best practices and standards.
The Business Continuity Specialist will be responsible for keeping updated Business Continuity plans and its improvements, assist in the development of global Business Continuity projects and create materials to increase the awareness about Business continuity and Crisis Management cross-functionally.
Major duties and responsibilities:
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program including development of tools and instructional guides.
· Contribute to establishing and maintaining program processes and practices which effectively ensure effective business continuity in the event of a crisis or disaster.
· Advance in developing the projects that increase the effectiveness of business and customer excellence in means of Business Continuity for both regional and global GS. This includes the projects related to Site to Site resiliency, IT recovery, local GS Business Continuity harmonization and others.
· Maintain and update Business Continuity Plans for GS Prague, including the support for process owners to lead the Business Impact Analysis in the accurate manner.
· Ensure the plans are accurate, regularly tested and up-to-date. Use Business Continutiy standard tools, templates, processes and documents for overseeing the program.
· Serve as the owner for Send Word Now tool and assistance for all GS counterparts to provide real-time information to various stakeholders.
· Continuity planning and event management, development and facilitation of exercises, testings and overall support for Business Continuity training to GS employees.
· Actively look for inspiration and best practices within external Business Continuity organizations and keep on the industry's best practices and trends.
· Provides recommendations and analytics for Business Continuity improvements to the business process.
· Creates the Business Continuity Awareness among GS employees.
· Communicate and interact effectively with team members and within other One Prague activities to broaden the network, develop credibility and trust.

· Bachelor degree or equivalent
· Experience working with cross functional teams
· Strong inter-personal communication skills
· Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing projects
· Excellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detail that produces high quality work while managing multiple tasks and deliverables
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based work environment.
· Ability to work both individually and as a team-player, and interact well with different stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
· Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
· Basic understanding of business, financial, and organizational factors in relation to assigned responsibilities.

· Proficient in the use of common office productivity software and applications ( e.g., MS Office, advanced in MS Excel)
