This Forensic & Compliance Audit Associate will be a part of the Audit Services Group and will perform value-added services to our customers that involve the following: Compliance with Health Care Compliance and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act guidelines. Investigations of potential violations of Johnson & Johnson policies or US and international laws. Other special projects as needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications

Legal Authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice or other Business Related degree is strongly preferred. An overall GPA of 3.5 or better is required. Demonstrated leadership experience is required. Prior work experience as a co-op or intern in healthcare compliance or forensic fraud is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently when given an audit area to perform under the direction of an ASG Specialist. Ability to assist with basic Sensitive Issue Reviews with the goal of working on these reviews independently within a year. Must have strong communication and presentation skills. Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels in the organization. Generally understands the technical aspects of the audit and knows when to seek technical advice from the Team Coordinator or Manager.

Ability to travel up to 30% (both domestic and international) is required. Travel is up to 3 weeks at a time and may occur on 1 week's notice.
