Early Talent Program 2018
Janssen is looking for 12 interns for a rotation program to assist sequentially the Marketing Department and Country Value Team (CVT) during 6 months and the Medical Department and Medical Affairs Manager/Medical Affairs Therapeutic Area Manager also during 6 months. The goal is for these young talents to put into practice the knowledge acquired during their Academic training.

Roles & Responsabilities
In Marketing :
1. Project manager support on various themes: Final arts, digital, briefings promo, etc.;
2. Support PR work related to the brand strategy;
3. Brand Management Support Portfolio appointed;
4. Project management and coordination: Support for the implementation, monitoring and analysis of project activities (activities will focus on the portfolio, pricing, promotion and advertising strategies and tactics);
5. Market analysis: work with databases of sales (IMS / HMR) to prepare market analysis;
6. Competitive analysis: work with databases of sales and other agencies (advertising, media) to prepare competitive analysis;
7. Media Monitoring: monitoring implementation media campaigns;
8. Sales Analysis: analyze sell / sell data from internal and 3rd party tools;
9. Presentations: prepare and make presentations of the above internal and external partners;
10. Get trained and lead administrative-related brand management tasks;
11. Help monitor and update budgets brand (POs creation and management and cost control.
In Medical Affairs:
1. Scientific knowledge: develop solid scientific knowledge in therapeutic area of activity;
2. Medical Information: to perform literature searches and provide support in answering to medical information requests;
3. Medical Education: to provide support in the planning and operational execution of Medical Education activities both in the office and in the event site;
4. Compliance: to ensure the compliance and maintenance of internal platforms supporting the activities of Medical Affairs;
5. Medical Communication: to provide support in the preparation of scientific materials in relation with the respective therapeutic areas and products while supporting internal document approval in relevant platforms;
6. Clinical Research: to provide support to Medical Affairs team in regular activities related to study design, approval process, implementation and closure (includes IIS, registries and other clinical studies);
7. Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory & Quality: to provide support to Medical Affairs team in regular activities related to pharmacovigilance, quality and regulatory affairs.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS :
1. College / University Degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, other), Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related;
2. Valuable previous training / experience in similar tasks will be assessed in areas of Marketing and Medical Affairs;
3. Valuable Previous training / experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or Consumer Healthcare Business (OTC, Baby or Beauty Sectors) or in Medical Affairs & R&D is a plus;
4. English proficiency is mandatory;
5. Advanced level office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
