If you strive to join a winning team that is dynamic and ever-changing, as a Customer Quality Data Analyst you will be providing superior analytical support across DePuy Synthes Customer Quality. He/she is responsible for data collection and validation, knowing where to obtain the data sources, specialized reporting and queries, and presenting the data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions. Development of self-service tools to build capability is a key responsibility of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for analysis, to build data collection plans, to interpret data, to transform data into information, to draw conclusions, and to present and execute proposals supported by the analysis
• Collaborate with internal customers across the organization to define required data sets/ views, assist in prioritization and planning including appropriate scheduling of tasks, properly contextualizing materials as appropriate.
• Work together with all functions and support or lead process improvement projects or analytics to ensure the achievement of team objectives while balancing expectations and demand.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving systems/reporting issues with appropriate business partners and communicating status to internal customers.
• Promote self-service with customers where appropriate.

Desired profile

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; a concentration in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience, required. Medical device/ pharmaceutical/ consumer industry experience in data and analytics is helpful.
• Experience working with data verification, data management, and data maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of relational databases required; experience with Oracle PL/SQL preferred.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
• Proven analytics experience with strong problem-solving, interpretation, and communication skills required.
• Data analysis language experience - Python, R preferred.
• Data visualization tool experience - Qlik, Tableau preferred.
• Collaborate effectively in a global environment to understand, develop and appropriately prioritize user requirements/ user stories.
• This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
