[Responsibilities]
- Monitor media issue online and support to develop materials (Message map, statement and Q&A)
- Identify media trends in online risk
- Assist with escalated media issues and liaise with regional and local brand marketing team
- Support to manage PR agencies for media issue
- Support documentation in preparation for internal audit and administrative work in call center
- Support product training and material development for sales team/customers.

[Requirements]
- Bachelor degree in communication preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
