Sumary
·  Create and maintain Distribution specific procedures and forms
·  Create QUMAS workflows for Distribution specific documents
·  Facilitate and create training specific to Distribution initiatives (i.e., Lean Methodologies)
·  Create training documents and presentations to support Regulatory, Lean and EHS related activities
·  Create and maintain Regulatory and EHS training curriculums
·  Maintain training numbers and report out on monthly training numbers in the Distribution MBR (Monthly Business Review) meetings
·  Supports Distribution PIV(Power Industrial Vehicle) activities
·  Ensures compliance of SGOPs / EGOPs and how they relate to the Distribution department by being a Category Owner / SME
·  Maintains compliance to Regulatory requirements by tracking training and/or maintaining additional documentation per policies and procedures
·  Key Distribution point of contact for internal and external EHS related audits
·  Coordinates sending Distribution documents to Iron Mountain
·  Performs weekly DCS SOX System Security Audits, ensuring SOX compliance
·  Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
·  At least 2 years of work experience in compliance, documentation and training is preferred
·  Proven self-starter / high initiative track record
·  Ability to work independently
·  Professional telephone skills
·  Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
·  Knowledge of SGOP / EGOP requirements are preferred
·  Demonstrates flexibility
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Strong proven organizational skills
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
·  Previous administrative experience is preferred
·  Previous procedure writing experience preferred
·  Previous training / facilitation experience required
·  Ability to coordinate and work with multiple departments
·  Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point as well as various supporting software packages
·  The candidate must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, no travel required
