Are you a social media guru with a strong interest in the latest beauty trends? We have an exciting opportunity that will combine your love of social media and beauty trends together!

We've created a new role and currently looking for a social media Community Manager to support our newly acquired hair care line, OGX®

Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will partner with Regional Marketing lead & Global Marketing Teams and act as a bridge between OGX and our community across APAC; primarily Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong to be the face of the brand in all digital channels and our brand and customer's ultimate champion.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:

· Liaise with stakeholders within the region to build and harness the power of a cross functional team to align behind objectives and win in market to deliver marketing plans.
· Lead the brand administration including advertising and promotion spend tracking / reconciliation, market sales and share analysis, execute packaging artwork process and support the brand team in developing and executing elements of the marketing plan.
· Manage the digital presence of the brand within owned, earned and paid channels inclusive of social media, website, influencer marketing and partnerships and PR and help keep the brand ahead of the industry with trends, consumer terminology, identifying up and coming influencers and ensure all owned assets are up to date and compliant.
· Manage social media analytics, reporting and monitoring competitive activity to define opportunities and build brand awareness to drive conversion,
· Identify opportunities to connect and engage with the OGX consumer, build understanding of consumer insight, attitudes and relationships with the brand, to ensure meaningful and impactful activation and build brand love across the APAC region.

Qualifications :

·  Degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing
·  2+ years marketing experience in FMCG, Beauty/Cosmetics industry
·  Social Media Management & Digital Experience
·  You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
·  Have a high level of influencing and stakeholder management skills
·  You will also bring a positive can do attitude, be a team player and relish in the autonomy of managing your own portfolio of brands
·  Personal interest in hair and beauty trends will be highly regarded
