Business Quality Specialist, CIS

Job description

Johnson & Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women's health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Currently we are looking for a Business Quality Specialist, CIS located in Moscow (temporary contract for 11 months).

Responsibilities:
· Support Business Quality department in a part of OTC and Mass business for J&J Consumer Russia&CIS;
· Primary communication with CIS Health Authorities and Distributors to solve quality issues and timely reporting about issues to BQ management;
· Ensure organization and quality system compliance with applicable local regulations and J&J standards, development and maintaining of BQ documents;
· Management of Distributors from Quality perspective;
· Creation and implementation of local SOPs in compliance with applicable local regulations and J&J standards;
· Deployment of J&J Standards into local operating company;
· Participation and performing Internal Quality Audits, Self-inspections and Regulatory Inspections;
· Handling and timely reporting of quality issues, consumer complaints, Field Actions;
· Interact with other departments to coordinate the development of quality procedures and documents to ensure compliance;
· Maintain the process of NPIs and Customized products from Quality perspective;
· Approve specifications for customization and perform Incoming control.

Desired profile

Job knowledge requirements:
·  Higher education;
·  3 years of experience in quality assurance (Pharm, FMCG);
·  Knowledge of Quality Standards, GxP regulations;
Technical competences:
·  English – Upper-Intermediate and above;
·  Good communication skills.
