The Manager Business Process Management is responsible for managing business process improvement projects and performing the analysis leading to an improved Process Implementation. This position will contribute to management and improvement of the Quality Management System in Janssen R&D.
The Manager Business Process Management guides a global/local team of business owners and BRQC team members (incl. peers in Quality Management) by overseeing the end to end delivery of dedicated improved process and applicable training in the BRQC supported Quality Management System (QMS) framework, enabling dedicated Business Partners in Janssen R&D to conduct research in an efficient and compliant way; resulting in programs that allow for seamless registration of the Janssen innovative products.
The role will be developing a clear process improvement and training strategy for the specific assigned business processes (or business partners) in collaboration with leaders in Business Process Management and R&D functions.

(Business Partners (BP) include ) : Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR), Quantitative Sciences (QS) and Operational Planning and Strategy (OPS).
This role serves as a single point of contact for business partners in which the Manager Business Process Management is responsible for rolling out the overall applicable dedicated processes in the quality framework. As an owner of the E2E process and training framework s/he is responsible for overall development and ensuring Quality by Design principles are instigated in all deliverables of business process management.
Where applicable, the Manager BPM will work in close collaboration with the business partners managing the suggested improvements in business processes, reviewing of issues and observations (CAPA), develop written procedures and develop supportive training to implement quality compliance procedures supporting the business partner objectives.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, understanding of clinical trial applications and technical applications in field of process and training (eg. BPM suite, Learning Management applications….)
· Knowledge of the corporate structure and culture
The position will be based at a J&J facility and requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
