We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Business Expert to join our European Customer Services team. As a Business Process Expert (BPX) you will bridge the gap between information technology and business professionals, supporting multiple customer service and warehouse teams across EMEA. You will drive innovation, based on business understanding and processes, using standard methodologies which expand across multiple departments around the organization.

Part of a current team of five, this role involves working with all departments and partners at all levels to support day to day activities. The team works shifts between 6am and 10pm to ensure support is given throughout customer service and warehouse operational hours, on a 4-weekly rotation within the team.

What you're great at:

You will have a high focus on customers and processes with acute attention to details and to high levels of accuracy. To make you successful in this role you will have advanced excel skills and proficient in other Microsoft packages, including Access. And goes without saying you will be process and deadline driven.

As a Business Process Expert, your typical day may include:

• Support Supply Chain Team across EMA, providing the link between the business and IT.
• Main point of contact to the business for all systems related initiatives
• Key member of the Order-To-Cash team, owning testing and sign-off
• Own demand intake process for the EMA business requests and assist with defining scope, business and process requirements.
• Manage demand and intake of system requirement and prioritization process of SAP enhancements. You will be responsible for change control, management of user acceptance testing and SAP system changes sign off.
• Ensure processes adhere to company policies and external compliance requirements i.e. SOX, BSI etc.
• Effectively manage to all Johnson & Johnson compliance and quality standards
• Provide end user support across supply chain function in executing business processes. Proactively review business processes and drive improvements.
• Provide training and support to wider teams where appropriate.
• Provide Customer Service and Distribution reconciliation reporting and analytics support.
• Participate and/or manage medium to large scale supply chain projects with global partners.

What you'll own and how you'll grow:

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and key Business Process Team, supporting SAP improvements within Supply chain across EMEA. You will own process improvement projects, working closely with the business and partners to help drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. This role has team leader development opportunities in the future.

BE VITAL:


To be part of this high performing team you will be Degree qualified, or extensive related experience within experience of working in a warehouse environment. Together with:

• Experience of SAP Sales and Distribution module, BI/BW reporting or similar ERP systems
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Sales applications and principles
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across regions
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Advanced analytical and problems solving skills, including Microsoft excel
• Experience of working in regulated industry with change control processes
• Previous experience in project teams is essential, a project management qualification is desirable.
