BOLT 2017: Management Trainee, One J&J Philipines

(Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Tracks)

We are looking for exceptional talents to join Breakthrough Opportunities for Leadership Talent or BOLT, the Management Trainee Program of One J&J Philippines.

BOLT is a rigorous and challenging two-year training program carefully designed to develop high-performing and high-potential graduating students and recent graduates in the field of Sales and Marketing. It provides opportunities for trainees to be quickly and fully immersed in business and management experiences, with the aim of developing the next set of potential leaders for the company. Upon successful completion, trainees are promoted to a managerial level role.

Desired profile

Undergraduate students in their final year of earning a bachelor's degree (expected to graduate between March to June 2017) or recent graduates (less than one year work experience); business-related courses are an advantage.
Well-rounded individuals with strong academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular backgrounds.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Three (3) openings available for Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain tracks.
