Position Description:
The Local ATR Team Lead is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function and financial reporting within the specific region.
• Lead a team of ATR Processors in daily work activities – assign and review quality of work
• Acts as a liaison with Business Partners and conducts reviews with the business
• Responsible for handling routine transactions as it relates general accounting and financial reporting activities. Responsible for providing financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas
• Areas of focus include accounting master data, period end closing including coordination, journal entry processing, and project accounting.
• Compliance and maintain control processes and account reconciliation, control and approval.
• Develop, build and maintain relationships with all markets and business sector(s) serviced by GSF; ensure that service levels and targets are met and service is delivered to customers in accordance to defined Service Level Agreements
• Work planning and resource allocation; develop and manage work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to ensure coverage at all times.
• KPI review and establish action plan to improve closing performance
• Interaction with internal and external auditors (CIA and PWC)
• Perform balance sheet fluctuation analysis

• Lead a team of Clericals, Analysts and Senior Analysts

Qualifications:
1) Education level required: Finance or Accounting.
2) Excel, knowledge of general accounting processes, SAP knowledge and working experience, CPA or equivalent
2) Years of Experience: 3-6 Years
3) Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, communication skills, strong knowledge of general accounting processes (BRGAAP and USGAAP), understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (Sox and internal controls), matrix environment, strong analytical skills, logical thinking; knowledge on other systems such as TM1, Lynx, and other SAP modules. Healthcare Industry and/or Financial Services; Big Four and Shared Services
