Position Description:
The Local ATR Jr Analyst is responsible for providing financial support and general accounting analysis across multiple areas, aswell as supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function for specific business sector(s) and countries serviced.
· Responsible for performing accounting functions and financial reporting activities across multiple areas.
· Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
· Responsible for identifying and correcting discrepancies and variances in various accounting reports and account reconciliations.
· Assist in monthly closings within the department.
· Assist in gathering relevant data to facilitate the research, analysis, and recommended solutions for minor accounting issues.
· Performs on ad hoc simple analyses to support business partners on special projects as assigned.
· Prepare and Process Journal Entries.
Responsibilities:

· You will execute various financial reporting for designated Business Partners
· You will lead fixed asset activities including asset maintenance and depreciation activities also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
· You will be accountable to perform project accounting activities include internal order and project reporting and evaluation, intercompany reportings
· You are responsible to perform revenue accounting activities and reporting
· Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Education level required: Finance or Accounting.
· Excel, knowledge of general accounting processes, SAP knowledge and working experience, CPA or equivalent
· You need to have at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
· Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (SOX and internal controls), knowledge on other systems such as TM1, Lynx, and other SAP modules. Healthcare Industry and/or Financial Services; Big Four and Shared Services
· As a prospect you need Spanish and English (oral and written), do you speak Portuguese? This is always a plus!
