The Associate Program Coordinator, Central Pharmacovigilance HUB, will review and process training activities of external vendors for Market Research, Patient Support Program, and Real-World Evidence activities performed globally which includes verifying key supporting documentation is in place.
The Associate Program Coordinator will assist in the coordination of training activities globally to ensure training is reviewed, assigned and documented as per procedures. He / she will collaborate and assist in the coordination of activities with key functional partners within J&J Pharmaceutical Sector such as Global International Pharmacovigilance (IPV), Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), Call Center and Local Safety Officers.
Responsibilities:
· Compliance - Support training activities
· Will be a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
· Receive and process training requests form Market Research, Patient Support Programs and Real-World Evidence studies.
· Review training records to identify whether training is required and assign training as applicable in LMS
· Monitor completion status via LMS and follow up with Activity Manager/Vendor when trainee is overdue
· Consistently monitor activities to track for follow up and completion
· Notify PV HUB Compliance Manager of potential deviations
· Run training reports as required to support audits/inspection requests
· Participate in process and system improvement projects to drive efficiencies.
· Assist in the monitoring and revision of work instructions and job aids for the Vendor Training process and for Market Research, Patient Support Program, and Real-World Evidence training material.
· Establish both internal and external relationships to drive operational excellence
· Participate in local or global project teams, including on-time delivery of assigned responsibilities
· May rotate between Operational and Compliance activities as needed.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· A Bachelor's Degree in health-related field or other related scientific field with a minimum of 2 years' industry experience is required.
· Experience supporting Pharmacovigilance, Quality or Training Activities is preferred
· Ideal candidate must be organized, oriented to quality, and have attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage own work, prioritize, plan and organize work assignments, and able to work under strict timelines is required
· Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others is required
· Decision-making and problem-solving skills are required
· Ideal candidate should have demonstrated impeccable ethics and transparency
· Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
· This position will be located in Skillman, NJ or Fort Washington, PA and may require up to 10% travel
