The Associate Manager, Digital Shelf Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:
·  Support in driving tangible business results through best-in-class e-retail category and digital shelf execution
·  Manage sourcing and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product content, which includes product imagery, labelling information, rich marketing content, and ratings/reviews for e-retail digital shelf
·  Support content publication for new item listings, product updates across all eRetailer portals: Walmart, Amazon, Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, London Drugs, Well.ca, Staples, Costco, etc.
·  ‘Content' to include uploading images, basic & enhanced product page content
·  Ensure all product submissions and updates are approved and go live on e-retailer websites in a timely manner with the most up to date content and images
·  Ongoing Product Content Maintenance Audit
·  Execute Ratings & Reviews strategies across e-retailers and ensure proper implementation and syndication across e-retailer websites in conjunction with brand and assist admin with sampling submission to Amazon
·  Ensure accurate e-retailer syndication of ratings and review through BazaarVoice in conjunction with brand teams and IT
·  Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Customer Teams, IT and cross-functional partners to drive the execution of key processes that are dependencies for e-retail content
·  Support in interpreting analytics and search trends to develop content strategies and execution to drive SEO
·  Responsible for connecting with brand and category solutions team to determine variation strategies on Amazon. Ensure proper submission and implementation.
·  Incorporate insights and learnings from the external environment, emerging capabilities and technologies, and customer partnerships
·  Ensure brand teams, sales teams, IT, and vendor partners follow best in class standards, leveraging global and regional capabilities for digital shelf development and delivery
·  Work collaboratively with brand, sales, IT, and vendor partners to ensure that the process to develop and deliver digital shelf content runs smoothly and efficiently

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Digital Marketing, eCommerce)
·  Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing with eCommerce focus (content marketing a plus)
·  Ability to work in a startup environment and within a large matrixed organization with a passion for both speed and simplicity is required.
·  Subject Matter expertise in the digital ecosystem and how the web, mobile, social, search and ecommerce channels work together to optimize the consumer path-to-purchase journey is required.
·  Strong understanding of the eCommerce drivers – SEO, Content Optimization, digital advertising and social media marketing and web traffic metrics is required
·  Working knowledge of Canadian eCommerce (Amazon, Wal-Mart, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart etc.) is preferred.
·  Ability to operate autonomously and proactively develop innovative ideas and solutions
·  Detailed, bottom-up delivery-focus mindset with strong project management skills
·  Subject matter expertise in digital & social marketing, media KPIs & ad tech is an asset
·  Track record of consumer-centric thinking
·  Omnichannel experience is preferred
·  Working knowledge of CLAVIS framework and SCANR model or similar is preferred
·  Experience working with consumer-packaged goods is preferred
