You will drive growth of Baby Toiletries, challenging semi-therapeutic competition with innovative product communications and HCP/NMS recommendation.

Main accountabilities:
• Lead Bathtime 2.0 (semi-therapeutic range) strategy, communications, media, PR and in-store initiatives to drive equity and product superiority/differentiation. Ensure scalability and halo across entire Johnson's brand.
• Ownership of New Mother Sampling strategy and execution—ensuring our one-on-one interactions with 1mm+ mothers annually drive brand equity and lead to purchase.
• Partnership with Baby Professional team to drive HCP communciations. Responsible for developing all branded content and tools that are used at conferences and within detailing activities (with content input/support from Professional team)
• Act as the key point of contact for Gulf markets—ensuring you are able to represent the full baby plan and assist them in activation/budgeting where needed.
• Assist the team in delivering MENAP Johnson's Baby performance and financial commitments: sales (ship to trade and net trade sales), market share, inventory level management, and profitable business growth.
• Be an active part of the Johnson's Baby team culture and contribute to the culture of innovation and collaboration across marketing.

Desired profile

Education: University degree in Business Administration or respective studies

Years of Industry Experience: 1+ years of Marketing Experience

Languages:Excellent Verbal and written English & Arabic skills

− Working in multi-functional cross-cultural teams
− Marketing knowledge/background in FMCG, skincare/baby experience a strong plus
− Proven track record in developing brand campaigns and delivering share growth
− Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence
− Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point
− Strong analytical capability
− Good financial acumen – proven ability to connect in market dynamics with financial implications and be ab%5Cle to make decisions to drive business results.
− Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
− Well-structured, focused & able to set clear priorities
− Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.
− Ability to receiving and giving constructive feedback
− Proactive and self-confident
− High ethical standards & follows JnJ Credo
− Must be able to work well in cross functional teams, both as a team player and a team leader
