You will be responsible for overall Data Management operationally for Vision Care North America and Latin America. Includes Data Governance for Customer, Material, and Pricing.
You will:
· Be responsible for master data maintenance and activities within the SLA parameters
· Ensure global and regional data standards are upheld when executing processes
· Deliver approved data changes and work with department leads to address and remediate data quality issues when appropriate
· Execute in accordance to SOX controls application and compliance
· Apply the framework of SCDM including operating model, standards, and tools.
· Track data standards adoption and compliance across the end state platforms as part of ongoing governance process
· Oversee documentation of business process and technical changes
· Oversee KPI Performance and reporting
· Analyze, define, recommend, and deliver innovative modifications or improvements for more effective and efficient processes
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred
· A minimum of two (2) years of experience in master data, supply chain, operations and/or cross-functional business environment is required
· Perform daily shared service data functions within the defined process standards working across captive centers and outsourced teams is required
· Ability to negotiate and influence in a matrix or cross-functional work environment is required
· Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects is required
· Knowledge of SAP master data and the business processes it supports is preferred
· Master Data Management / Product Lifecycle Management acumen is preferred
· End-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (e.g. Plan / Source / Make / Deliver / Quality) is preferred
· Experience with data systems, data systems management, data process flow and data warehousing is preferred
· Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and/or internationally
