Acclarent introduced the first sinus balloon dilation technology to sinus surgery utilizing novel, endoscopic, catheter-based tools

ResponsibilitiesThe Trainee Territory Manager (TTM) is responsible for sales generation and ongoing service and support of physicians and healthcare providers in the ENT marketplace. The primary responsibility of the TTM is to increase revenue by promoting the clinical utilization of commercialized Acclarent products and services into select territories. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the solicitation and demonstration of products and services, enrollment of eligible physicians into product training programs, and supporting surgical procedures in the operating room and office lab environments.
You will spend your time in operating theatres, and as such you must be comfortable with a role of this nature.
As a TTM, you will partner with ENT Territory Managers in assigned territories, supporting clinical procedures in established accounts. The TTM will execute the Company’s direct sales strategy and sales plans within his/her assigned territory to achieve territory sales revenue and budget objectives. The TTM will proctor Acclarent-trained physicians during procedures to provide guidance on the safe and efficacious use of Acclarent products.
The TTM will be responsible to maintain records in the Acclarent CRM system on contacts and facilities as well as understand the Company’s Quality Policy and Quality System requirements applicable to tasks performed by the holder of this job function. The Associate Sales Representative will ensure accurate and on time completion of the weekly and quarterly planning tools as well as accurate and timely reconciliation of product inventor on a monthly basis.
You will work alongside a number of Territory Managers from across the UK. The successful candidate is highly likely to be based in the South of England (TBC), with flexibility to relocate within the South required.
QualificationsQualifications
- Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales.
- Experience building sales within same customer base over prolonged period of time is preferred.
- Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices is preferred.
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community, particularly in ENT are preferred.
- A Team Player with demonstrated involvement working as a member of cross-functional teams, organized sports teams, professional clubs, or military leadership experience is preferred.
- Candidates are field based and must have ability to travel regionally
- up to 60% of the time.
