Team Leader: DePuy Synthes Sales, Inc. Boston MA-9540151012DescriptionTeam Leader: DePuy Synthes Sales, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our Greater Boston Area region; position based out of Raynham, MA headquarters and may telecommute from any location.
Responsible for specific territory sales activities, while representing DePuy Synthes’ spinal product lines. The Team Leader will partner with hospital staff and physicians to improve customer service and provide a local resource for our customers. The candidate must employ extensive product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure the proper utilization of DePuy Synthes’ Spine products, as promoting the use of all products for their approved indications only. This will require the candidate to partner with the hospital’s team, assisting the operating room staff with their product needs, and achieving a level of respect and trust which will lead to invitations by customers to participate in discussions involving DePuy Synthes products and instrumentation. These activities will broaden and deepen the company’s customer base within the candidate’s assigned sales territory. The candidate will serve as the DePuy Synthes Sales, Inc. point of contact, responsible for responding to the needs of our customers.

EOE M/F/D/V.QualificationsQualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences, and four years of experience in Spine Sales and in consulting trauma, deformity, and degenerative spinal procedures in the operating room. Must possess experience leading accounts of $5 million or greater. The candidate must demonstrate sustained success of biological sales, and must be proficient and accomplished at handling Requests For Proposals (RFP) at accounts of $4 million or greater. Field training experience is required. The candidate must have experience in the Greater Boston Area providing technical support to surgeons. Must have knowledge of arthroplasty and biologics used in treating spinal disorders. Must have experience leading others and working with cross-functional teams. Up to 10% domestic travel is required.
