- Compensation, Benefit, Award and Insurance administration and queries
- Training and Payroll administration
- HR system management
- New hire on boarding & orientation
- Transfer/promotion/termination/global mobility administration and certificates
- HR files managementQualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years related experience
- Experience in HRIS(ex: Workday) is plus
- Strong customer focus, team player, organized and detail orientated, time conscious is a must
- A sense of urgency and problem solving ability, good interpersonal & collaboration skills to skillfully and confidently interact and influence with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop ideas and influence outcomes to deliver quality HR support within a large and numerous businesses.
