Supply Network Planner is responsible for Inventory Entitlement, UDI inventory planning, Expiry analysis, intercompany planning, BO management and communication, and NPI. This will also include collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting Supply Chain data. Responsible for driving business processes leading to LIFR improvements and strengthening customer trust, optimizing inventory levels and helping deliver cost Improvements projects.
This role will responsible for the replenishment of inventory from manufacturing facilities to distribution centers. This will include planning responsibilities, system processing, constraint management, and achieving LIFR, backorder and inventory goals. Participation in NPI meetings and or collaboration on inventory builds, system setup and launch readiness will be required. Building relationships with the supply sites and facilitating supply reviews as necessary will be in scope for this segment. This position will also be responsible for setting and achieving inventory targets, reporting actuals to targeted metrics and implementing process improvements. This will include leading the Entitlement process, deployment of inventory rework to minimize E&O, and supporting field inventory utilization.
Ad-hoc reporting to plan inventory projections, backorder risk, field and hub inventory opportunities will be necessary. This role will help innovate and deliver process improvements across existing functions to meet supply chain deliverables. The ability to look beyond what is happening today & develop ideas that make step change improvements by challenging the Status Quo. To apply a quality & compliance mindset at all times.
QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience within supply chain is required. A minimum of 1 year in the medical device industry is required. An MBA and APICS certification are preferred. Experience within supply planning, sales operations, inventory management and/or General Operations experience is preferred. Experience using MRP systems is preferred. Negotiations experience is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access) skills are required.
This candidate must be able to make effective oral and written presentations and possess good influence skills. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints is required. This candidate will need to have ability to build effective interdependent partnering relationships and employee relationships. Additionally, this candidate will be able to drive cross-functional alignment through effective communications.
This position is located in Raynham, MA and may require up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.
