The Supply Chain Finance Manager plays a critical role partnering with business leaders to shape overall Vision Care Make strategy and execution. He/she will be reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Director, and managing a team of 4 Senior / Financial Analysts. He/she will also collaborate with Global FP&A, R&D, Tax, Corporate, and CLS finance teams to ensure robust business management decisions, within a well-controlled budgetary forecast and actual reporting framework.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Operational Business Planning and associated Forecast Updates; Capital Projects and Cost Improvement Programs [CIPs]; Operational Accounting Close activities; SOX compliance for the Jacksonville Supply Chain site operation; Ad hoc support and input will be required in pursuit of business development opportunities as they arise. In addition, he/she will take a leadership role is the implementation of the Supply Chain Enterprise Standards & Productivity roadmap for the Jacksonville Supply Chain Finance Team.
QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or other technical degree (such as engineering or economics) is required. An MBA and/or certification (CPA or CMA) is preferred (required if Bachelor's is other than Finance/Accounting). A minimum of 7 years of business experience or 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required. Strong leadership skills are required. Previous people development and management are required. Previous Supply chain experiences is advantageous. Demonstrated success in setting goals and managing competing priorities is required. Excellent communicator in writing, orally and presentation techniques, ability to present to senior management is required. Effective decision making skills, sound business and financial judgment required. SOX and SAP experience preferred. Ability to lead and influence professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience is required. This position requires up to 10% travel both domestically and internationally.
