- Strategy & Market Development, IndiaRole Overview:Working as part of the Strategy and market development team in India to provide business support for all information on market, competitor etc. Working closely with business teams to drive strategic projects through data analytics and supportThe position will be responsible conducting data analytics to drive business results. Prepare monthly/ annual performance reports across franchise/ BU on customers etc to highlight areas of opportunityResponsibilities/Accountabilities:Business Analytics
- Prepare monthly/ annual report on business to highlight areas of opportunity
- Perform analytics to find comparable figures of competition and the play in market
- Identify trends in products which have bigger pockets of growth
- Respond to requests from business to support daily (or agreed frequency) needs for analysis and slides that can help business reviewCompetition mapping
- Understand the competitive landscape for all business and be updated on industry movement in terms of payer/ provider etcCustomer advocacy
- Drive customer advocacy agenda of feedback from customersSelf
- Development:Good knowledge of product & market related areas; abreast of current developments and trends within advanced analytics and allied functions.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Having Master’s degree with 6
- 8 years of experience
- Good analytical skills and understanding of market
