The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Retention Schedule, WWRIM will be part of the WWRIM Team within the ISRM Governance Group and be responsible for all aspects of the J&J Enterprise Retention Schedule, including managing the ERS Risk Acknowledgement Process, ERS Research Request Process, and Change Management Process. He/she will also maintain the ERS Associate Portal and implement, document, and train Records Managers on ERS Records Management Tools. The Sr. Analyst will coordinate communications, including the annual ERS updates, ERS meetings, and Advisory Board meetings, and manage an outside industry vendor for legal and privacy research.
In addition, he/she will ensure all ERS documentation is up to date (WWRIM site, ERS Toolkit, Associate Portal, RIM Portal, ITAS EA, etc.) and maintain ERS translations. Responsible for development and future enhancements to ERS forms in workflow tool.
The Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Retention Schedule, WWRIM will also develop and maintain process for the ITAS Enterprise Archiving Exceptions for Legal Holds and ERS Retention Exceptions. Perform other records management responsibilities, including: Manage the Iron Mountain account as the Primary Contact Manage team mailbox Coordinate and manage WWRIM Records Management information sessions on key business topics. Work with team members on other WWRIM initiatives as requested. Perform other work related duties as assigned.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT required. Minimum of 1 year experience in Records and Information Management related work required. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio required. Working knowledge of Modulo ASAP tool preferred. Proficient in Adobe Professional forms required. Ability to work independently/Self-starter required. Ability to work in a team environment required. Ability to multitask required. Strong work ethic required. Experience writing process documents and Standard Operating Procedures required. Good communication skills with various levels of management required. Experience with Iron Mountain IM connect tool preferred.
